FOUNDER AND CURRENT CEO

Fata Acquoi currently serves as the Congressional Lead for an International NGO called PATH. She is a recent graduate of George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs where she obtained her Master of International Affairs with a focus on Conflict Resolution in Sub-Saharan Africa. She serves at the current Chief Executive Officer for the Take Back Africa Foundation. Previous to this role, she served as a research consultant for the African Union. Prior to this, she served as the Diaspora Millennial Liaison for the Embassy of Ghana in Washington DC helping engage African Diaspora millennials in Ghana’s Year of Return Initiative. Between 2018-2019, she served as the Union of Liberian Associations in the America’s (ULAA) leading lobbyist on Deferred Enforced Departure (DED). The work of her team led to two extensions from the Trump Administration as well as the passage of the Congressional Liberian Refugee Fairness Act granting Liberians on DED a pathway to citizenship.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Kelechi Uchegbu is currently a Software Engineer at SPS Commerce. He is a tech enthusiast with a background in the Supply Chain Mgt and Information technology services industries. Skilled in Technology Application/Deployment, Data Aggregation and Analytics, Process Development, Operations and Electronic Data Interchange Fulfillment. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Take Back Africa Foundation. He is a Nigerian-American. He believes in the value that we as Africans bring to the world stage and my goal is to work to help young Africans realize their purpose, find their path and take back their narrative.
